You CAN keep the weight off! Studies show that people who eat breakfast every day are less likely to regain the weight they recently lost. And by eating a protein-rich breakfast (like Shakeology), you’ll feel full longer, plus you won’t have the urge to snack throughout the day. Don’t lose the results you worked so hard for!
