Getting in better shape is more than just walking through the motions or signing up for the gym. You really need to exercise your WILLPOWER! Make up your mind, and yourself up for success by believing and KNOWING that you will reach your goals. Visualize what that will look like and feel like! When you feel yourself slipping step back and remember WHY you started in the first place and how incredible it will feel to cross your own personal finish line 🙂 Are you ready to COMMIT or RECOMMIT to getting healthy in 2014?!?!
