So many of us are stuck in the “TO-DO” l

So many of us are stuck in the “TO-DO” list mode! I am totally guilty of this! My daily routine revolves so much on my to-do list and that is okay however, today I want you to do something DIFFERENT. Instead of planning out what you are going to do. I want you to go about your day and at the end of the day before you go to bed I want you to make a list of the things you actually DID!!!!
Are the things you are doing during the day benefitting you? Are they helping fulfill someone else’s dream or your own? Are you doing right by your body? Are you doing the best you can as a parent/spouse? Did you tell anyone you love them? Did you make someone smile? Did you perform a random act of kindness? Did you read and learn something new? Did you complete your workout?
Write down that list and reflect. See how many things you are doing that are POSITIVE. The following days strive to add some more positive things to your list each night.
