Poor record keeping
Keeping a food diary can be an effective habit to avoid packing on the pounds. Write down everything that you put in your mouth for the entire day. Be sure to include all liquids and even plain water. Then, when you read it over you might be able to cut out certain foods or avoid situations where it’s easy to snack on bad foods. Reflection and careful thinking through your food choices will really help you be more cautious about the quality and quantity of foods you are consuming!
