Too many liquid calories!!!!!
Calories in the form of carbonated soft drinks, fruit juice, and sodas are inefficient,empty calories. Furthermore there are a host of nasty chemical additives in soft drinks and sports drinks.
Limit alcoholic beverages as well – they can pack on the pounds at a fast rate. Recommended intake for women is one unit per day, and for men, two units a day- if that! Mix with water instead of high-sugar mixers.
