Peanut Butter Protein Balls!

 
You can make your own peanut butter protein balls for snacks!! Here is the recipe! It’s not the HEALTHIEST thing available, but it’s better than snacking on junk food!!!
First I make your own Pb. Grind 2 cups of peanuts adding sunflower oil to achieve a desired creaminess. Honey to taste. Then let it sit up in the fridge for a couple of hours.
 
Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup honey

1 cup protein powder ( choc shakeology is great!)

4 cups of any combination of the following ingredients:

Sunflower seeds

Peanuts

Chocolate chips

Granola

Oatmeal

Raisins

Dried cranberries

Oat bran

Wheat germ

Flax seed (ground or whole)

Mix ingredients finding right balance so they hold. Round them in balls and keep in fridge! Kids love them too!
